Adventures Down Under

Today is a very exciting day for me because I am checking a major item off my bucket list. I have always wanted to go down under and I finally got the chance to make that dream a reality. After a 15 hour flight (which thankfully wasn’t bad at all because I had a row all to myself) my brother and I touched down in Sydney, Australia! Continue Reading…

I’ve driven through Paia town before, hoping we could make a pit stop and window shop. Today that little dream became a reality and I spent the whole day exploring the gem that is Paia. Located on the north shore of Maui, Paia is the raddest town I ever did see. Good vibes, big waves, delicious pizza, vegan options galore, and hippie dippie treasures all around. Every store is painted a different color and every store and restaurant is amazing. What more could you need? Continue Reading…

I spent the weekend at my favorite place on earth. There is just something about Hawaii that feels like home. The island breezes, crystal blue water, the freshest pineapple and coconut you could ever have, and laid back vibes that instantly put you in a good mood. I drove up to the north shore and spent the day wandering around with no agenda and no expectations. I missed the swell and monster waves by two days but had the best time exploring Waialua, Haleiwa, Waimea Bay and the Banzai Pipeline. Yeah brudda! Continue Reading…

I believe that optimism is one of the greatest qualities a person can have, not only for those around them, but for themselves. The way you think affects your whole body and your whole life. Its the idea of cause and affect. The universe gives you what you put out. Give off bad vibes and you will live a negative life. Emote positive vibes and put your dreams out into the universe and it will reward you. Trust me, it works every time. Continue Reading…

Lately I have been all about trying new healthy recipes. It has been really fun experimenting in the kitchen and I’ve discovered that eating healthy doesn’t have to mean eating boring chicken & veggies every night. There are so many amazing recipes and ideas out there now that you can always find something new to eat. Eating healthy and nourishing your body is so important in order to feel your best every day. I am so sick of feeling bloated, icky, and bleh after eating a meal that wasn’t the best choice. One thing I have been experimenting with is pancakes! Everybody loves them, but they can be carby sugary nightmares. I came up with an easy to make, healthy recipe that will fuel your body and leave you feeling great. These are dairy free, bloat free bananalicious beauties. Continue Reading…
